Day #1 Guatemala City:
Reception at the airport “La Aurora”, upon arrival transfer to your hotel in Guatemala City for overnight accommodations.

Day #2 Antigua Guatemala (B):
Visit to the most important and significant attractions of the city including Antigua’s most beautiful churches, monasteries, convents, and the cultural center. In the afternoon visit to San Antonio Aguascalientes and Ciudad Vieja. Overnight accommodations in Antigua Guatemala.

Day #3 Pacaya Volcano (B):
Visit to the Pacaya Volcano, the most active volcano in Guatemala, it is 2500 mts. above the sea; the environment is formed by humid forest and rocks. It is a complete adventure in only one day, walk of ascent 2 1/2 hrs. You´ll have the opportunity to see the lava. Transfer to Antigua Guatemala for overnight accommodations.

Day #4 Iximche and Chichicastenango (B):
Visit to the archaeological site of Iximché, the place where the first capital of Guatemala was founded and the last Mayan City.
Transfer to Chichicastenango’s Market. In the center of town is the local market where you can buy wood products, ceramics and even gifts that the Mayan priests offer on their prehispanic altars. You can also admire the Church of Santo Tomas which was built by Dominicans and Kichen in the year of 1540 on a Maya altar, which even today is used on the front steps of the church. On the other side is Calvary Church, in the square you can see a high stick where they have done each year the presentation of the Palo Volador. Transfer to Panjachel for overnight accommodations.

Day #5 Lake Atitlan (B):
Upon arrival to Panajachel we will take a private boat to cross Lake Atitlan and visit the Tzutuhil Village of Santiago de Atitlan. In this village you will visit the confraternity of the local saint named Maximon or Ri Laj Mam, visited by different people of different ethnicities who come to ask health and prosperity in their lives. Transfer back to Panajachel by boat to have lunch and visit the most important places. Transfer to Monterrico Beach.

Day #6 Monterrico (B):
Free morning to enjoy the black sand Beach at Monterrico. In the afternoon transfer to Auto Safari Chapin, the first zoo in Central America where you can drive through in your car. Your car windows and doors are the only things that separate you from the animals.

Day #7 Rio Dulce (B):
Transfer from Guatmeala City to Rio Dulce. On the riverside of the waters that divide Rio Dulce and Lake Izabal is the Castle of San Felipe, which was built and rebuilt several times in the early sixteenth century because of the constant incursions of pirates by the Rio Dulce.

Day #8 Rio Dulce (B):
Boat trip from Rio Dulce to Livingston. On the way visit to the Isle of Birds, Aj-Tenamit Project, Kekchi origin population, likewise can be a stop for 20 minutes or half an hour in the area of sulphurous or hot waters, near the entrance of the canyon of Rio Dulce. At the end of the journey the river mouth will reach the Caribbean Sea “La Buga” Livingston, a population of African origin that was originally called La Buga which means La Boca. Transfer to Tikal or Flores for overnight accommodations.

Day #9 Tikal (B,L):
Transfer to one of the most important archaeological sites of the Mayan World, Tikal, its name means “Place of Voices”, built during the Maya Classic Period. Upon arrival at Tikal archaeological site, our guide will show you the layout of the complex of Temples and Acropolis. Visit to the Complex Q and R, then to the Central Acropolis, Temples I “El Gran Jaguar and the Temple II” Los Mascarones “, regarded as the first and one of the most important monuments in the complex. Visit to the Lost World. Transfer back to Flores or Tikal for overnight accommodations.

Day #10 Ixpanpajul Park (B,L):
Visit to Ixpanpajul Park. At proper time transfer to the airport to take flight back to Guatemala City. Goodbye dinner in one of the most exquisite restaurants in the city. Overnight accommodations in Guatemala City.
